Tim Reynolds is executive director of Ohio University’s Robert D. Walter Center for Strategic Leadership and executive-in-residence teaching for the College of Business. Tim joins the college with more than 24 years of corporate experience with leading Fortune 500 companies, including Marathon Oil Co., Abbott Laboratories, Johns Manville Corp. and Whirlpool Corp. His career in the private sector focused on global human resources, leadership development and succession, and organizational effectiveness. Tim’s prior position was vice president of talent and organizational development for Whirlpool, where he led talent management, acquisition and assessment, leadership development and succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and organizational capability building.

In addition, Tim has been an adjunct faculty member teaching Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior, has published articles in practitioner journals, and has been a regular speaker for national talent and leadership-related conferences. He is a graduate of Ohio University’s College of Business, receiving his bachelor’s in business administration in 1987. He also holds a master’s degree in labor and human resources from The Ohio State University. He serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Board for the College of Business at Ohio University and the Advisory Board for the graduate Labor and Human Resources program at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
