Dr. Wouter Pelgrum hails from the Netherlands, where he worked at Reelektronika, a firm specialized in integrated navigation systems. He ran his own company from 2006-2008, and in January 2009 he joined the faculty of Ohio University’s School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

RIGR: Road-Mapping IMU GPS Receiver, GAEM: GPS Anomalous Event Monitoring, Measurement of the impact of ionospheric scintillations on GNSS signal propagation, NAVTEQ-ADAS: Advanced Driver Assistance System, Sub-terrain radionavigation, Robust Time and Frequency transfer, and terrestrial backups for GNSS.
