The online Master of Science in Nursing program is available to international students who have earned bachelor’s degrees abroad but are current residents of Ohio, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin and have passed the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
